Claremont School District accused of letting bullies beat student

“This particular school had problems all year about bullying in the same manner that was done to my client,” said the student’s attorney, Raymond Babaian, an Ontario partner at Valiant Law.

A seventh grade student in Claremont was repeatedly beaten and threatened by bullies who videotaped the assaults and were allowed to remain on campus without the school providing any protection, according to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles.
