Medical group accused of not fully paying emergency doctors
The lawsuit says AppleCare Medical Group Inc. unjustly enriched itself by paying far less to medical providers than they were entitled. But the defendant argues there is no factual support for a contractual or fiduciary relationship with the plaintiffs.
