With defendant in prison, plaintiffs to seek $20M verdict from insurer

Attorneys from Parris Law Firm said they will now pursue the driver’s insurance company on behalf of the victim’s family, after a jury awarded $20 million for the drunken driving wrongful death of the plaintiffs’ daughter.

Although a Los Angeles jury has awarded $20 Million to the family of a woman killed by a drunken driving elementary school principal, they are only halfway to justice, their attorney said Friday.
