Software company fends off competitor’s TRO request
“The court concludes that WalkMe has not met its burden to show it is likely to succeed on the merits of its inducement claim or that there are serious questions going to the merits of that claim,” U.S. District Judge Jeffrey S. White wrote, ruling for Whatfix.




An Indian company that specializes in software that teaches users to use a separate application fended off a temporary restraining order from an Israeli-based competitor, which accused it of inappropriately accessing proprietary and confidential information.
Both companies have U.S. headquarters in Northern California, where the lawsuit was filed.
