PGA tour, Fortinet ask that ‘introduction service’ suit be tossed

After Fortinet obtained a PGA tour sponsorship deal worth more than $50 million, the complaint stated, it has yet to pay the $10 million that 1440 Sports Management Ltd. says it deserves for that service and is liable for quantum meruit.

PGA Tour Inc. and Fortinet Inc. asked a federal judge Tuesday to grant their motions for summary judgment against a company that accused them of not paying millions of dollars for services.
