Retired LA County judge joins ADR Services
On the Superior Court, Judge David A. Rosen presided over a wide range of civil and commercial cases, including personal injury, product liability, business disputes, real estate disputes, and employment lawsuits.
Retired Los Angeles County Judge David A. Rosen has joined the panel of neutrals at ADR Services Inc.
