OC Superior Court judge confirmed to 4th District Court of Appeal

The Commission on Judicial Appointments on Tuesday unanimously confirmed and administered the oath of office to Orange County Superior Court Judge Martha Gooding as the newest justice of the 4th District Court of Appeal, Division 3.
