State Bar wants to suspend license of Girardi’s son-in-law

Bar prosecutors argue there is a “reasonable probability” the agency will find enough cause to disbar David Lira, though he has not been tried on federal or bar charges.

State Bar prosecutors say they have enough evidence to suspend the law license of David R. Lira, the son-in-law of disbarred and indicted plaintiffs’ attorney Tom Girardi, although Lira has not been tried in State Bar or federal court.
