Sex assault victims sue over Zalkin Law Firm breach

“There are gradations in the sensitivity of data breached in incidents like this,” the plaintiffs’ attorney, Scott E. Cole of Cole & Van Note, said. “The personal details of sexual abuse that the Zalkin Firm permitted to be accessed tops the charts.”

The Zalkin Law Firm PC, a San Diego firm that represents many sexual assault plaintiffs, is facing a proposed class action over a cyberattack that exposed personal information and case files.
