EEOC sues Tesla, claims racial abuse at Fremont plant
The EEOC says that Black employees were casually and frequently addressed with the n-word and subjected to racial stereotyping. There was racist graffiti on desks, in elevators and on vehicles rolling off the assembly line, the complaint claimed.




Racial epithets, nooses and swastikas are some examples of the abuse and hostility that Black employees at Tesla’s Fremont manufacturing facility say they have endured for years, according to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which sued the electric car maker on Thursday.
