Apple Inc. and game developer Epic Games Inc. have filed dueling U.S. Supreme Court petitions asking justices to reverse the part of the antitrust case they lost.
Epic Games’ writ of certiorari, filed Wednesday, argues that the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals’ affirmance of U.S. District Judge Yvonne Rogers Gonzalez’s decision against its Sherman Act claims against Apple produced “absurd results.”
