Firm successfully demurs again to conspiracy claims

“Plaintiffs’ argument that they must re-allege the causes of action in subsequent amended complaints in order to facilitate their appeal is incorrect,” Los Angeles County Judge Barbara M. Schepe ruled.

A Ventura County based law firm successfully demurred a second time to claims that it participated in a scheme to force the sale of several health care facilities using false filings and fraudulent litigation.
