A unique attribute of our justice system
Only one nation – the United States of America – allows jury trials in the vast majority of civil cases.
If I were to ask you what makes the United States legal system truly unique in the world, I imagine I would receive many different answers from judges and lawyers, likely depending on your own individual experience.
