X Corp. claims former executive leaked proprietary information

The complaint says some of the information allegedly taken and leaked was used in a New York Times article that said Twitter’s advertising sales plunged 59% despite public claims to the contrary following Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter.

X Corp. accused a former global account executive of stealing confidential and proprietary information and leaking it to the press because she doesn’t like Elon Musk.
