Tearful plaintiff says Tesla made unusual moves before crashing
Tesla’s counsel, led by Michael R. Carey of Dykema Gossett PLLC, argues there isn’t enough evidence to prove the car was driving on its own and insists that the auto steering function cannot make the fatal 43-degree right turn that sent it off the freeway.
