Google seeks 30-day deadline for PAGA plaintiff to sift data

Google LLC asked a Santa Clara judge at a case management conference on Thursday to impose a 30-day deadline on the lead plaintiff in a Private Attorneys General Act lawsuit to sift almost five years worth of employee data to find evidence supporting the company’s claims that the company has been racially discriminating against employees.
