Firm accused of filing duplicate suit in gas leak litigation

“The allegation is that money that was received in this lawsuit went to, as we understand it, a law firm that was working with the Girardi Keese firm, and there’s some question as to where that money has gone,” Goldberg & Gage founding partner Bradley C. Gage said about the new lawsuit.

A San Diego law firm may have taken fees that were due to another law firm by filing a duplicate lawsuit in the 2015 Porter Ranch gas leak with the help of the now-defunct Girardi Keese.
