Federal judge enjoins poultry companies from using child labor
Prosecutors told U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi that the companies engaged in retaliation tactics and possibly did business under different company names since a temporary restraining order was entered.




A federal judge on Monday enjoined five Los Angeles poultry processing plants from using child labor and failing to pay overtime wages after the defendants were sued by the U.S. Department of Labor.
