Air Resources Board must clean up San Joaquin Valley pollution

Attorneys for the California Air Resources Board argued it was up to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to force them to change the ozone reduction program.

A federal judge ordered the California Air Resources Board this week to clean up ozone pollution in the San Joaquin Valley.
