US judge likely to pause antitrust action pending appeal

U.S. District Judge George H. Wu based his tentative ruling on the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in a putative class action against cryptocurrency platform Coinbase Inc.

Live Nation Entertainment Inc. was tentatively granted its motion to stay a proposed antitrust class action while the ticketing giant appeals the district court’s denial of its motion to compel arbitration.
