Ticket price antitrust case against Live Nation is stayed

The judge paused proceedings pursuant to the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent ruling that a district court must stay a case if a party is appealing a motion to compel arbitration.

A federal judge in Los Angeles stayed a putative antitrust class action accusing Live Nation Entertainment Inc. of artificially inflating ticket prices pending the ticket giant’s appeal.
