Luxury townhouse builder sued by homeowners association

The Los Angeles property has structural issues and problems with respect to water entry, unstable soil, fire protection, plumbing and sewer lines, and the electrical system, according to the complaint.

A homeowners association is accusing the builder of their townhouse complex in the Mid-Wilshire area in Los Angeles of various construction defects resulting in water seepage and other damage in the common areas. They seek more than $8 million for costs or restoration and repairs.
