Fight over Treasure Island revitalization moves forward

San Francisco Superior Court Judge Richard B. Ulmer Jr. issued an order on Oct. 18 allowing the developer to seek punitive damages, denying attempts by Stockbridge Treasure Island Investment Company and Wilson Meany to dismiss the case on technical grounds.

A San Francisco Superior Court judge ruled that a property developer overseeing Treasure Island’s revitalization can proceed with its legal battle with former business partners.
