Bankruptcy appeal panel says attorney committed fraud

The case stems from a bankruptcy petition the attorney filed on behalf of DA & AR Hospice Care Inc., along with a doctor who purported to be the facility’s president.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Bankruptcy Appellate Panel unanimously affirmed a ruling of fraud against Woodland Hills attorney Michael E. Reznick, who was convicted of improperly filing for bankruptcy on behalf of a hospice care center.
