State attorney suggests Amazon intimidates witnesses
A deputy attorney general told a San Francisco judge third-party sellers expressed fear about turning over certain documents because of alleged side agreements Amazon made with them governing the manner in which they could produce documents to the government.




A deputy state attorney general raised concerns of witness intimidation by Amazon Inc. to a San Francisco judge during a case management conference Wednesday in an antitrust lawsuit accusing the company of forcing third parties into allegedly anti-competitive agreements regarding the price of goods sold to the company.
