Moskovitz firm launches California Supreme Court Unit

“Our team is made up solely of former appellate justices and law clerks, and even among that universe of people, it takes a special type to want to turn from judging back to litigating. It’s a different mindset that we have, and it’s proven itself,” Myron Moskovitz said.

San Francisco-based Moskovitz Appellate Team has created a California Supreme Court Unit consisting of attorneys who have served as law clerks and research attorneys in the California Supreme Court.
