Summary judgment granted to some claims against Activision

Judge Barbara M. Scheper also granted a motion by Activision to impose time limits on Fair Employment and Housing Act and Equal Pay Act claims made by the department.

The California Civil Rights Department won summary judgment on two of 31 affirmative defenses made by Activision Blizzard Inc. and granted the video game developer’s request for a time limit on claims in litigation accusing the company of discriminating against female employees.
