Lancaster sued over plan for 32-acre warehouse project
“In so doing, the city ignored largely uncontested evidence presented by experts that significant impacts would occur; this is something the city did not have the discretion to do,” Los Angeles attorney Gary Ho wrote on behalf of the plaintiff.

Environmental impact documents the city of Lancaster used to approve a 32-acre warehouse near William J. Fox Airfield were incomplete, a lawsuit alleges.
The plaintiffs, Golden State Environmental Justice Alliance, seek to invalidate the approvals for the 580,000-square-foot cold storage and warehouse project on the grounds that the council violated the California Environmental Quality Act and the Planning and Zoning Law.
