US District Judge Edward Davila to take senior status
“It is my intention to perform substantial judicial duties for the court as a senior judge,” Davila wrote to the president.
U.S. District Judge Edward J. Davila of San Jose, who has been a state and federal judge since 2001, announced he will take senior status.
