Judge says John Eastman culpable in preliminary ruling

John C. Eastman, a former attorney for President Donald Trump, has preliminarily been found culpable in disbarment proceedings related to statements and writings he made questioning the results of the 2020 presidential election.

State Bar Judge Yvette D. Roland gave the tentative oral ruling during Thursday's hearing.
