Amazon must pay disabled former employee $1.2M, jury finds

“Despite lodging a written complaint regarding his harassment, Amazon’s Human Resources Department failed to abide by Amazon’s written policies and did not investigate his complaint,” Raymond Babaian, plaintiff’s counsel, said.

A jury in San Bernardino County awarded a disabled former employee of Amazon $1.2 million in damages following a four-week trial.
