Netflix says it was justified in ending deal on ‘Rebel Moon’

Evil Genius accused Netflix of unlawfully terminating the contract, saying the streaming service used the pretext of a confidentiality breach to gain ownership of the plaintiff’s intellectual property.

Attorneys for Netflix Inc. filed counterclaims in a contract dispute with a roleplaying game maker, saying their client was justified in ending the agreement as the plaintiff revealed confidential information belonging to the streaming company.
