State Bar prosecutors should be disbarred for bringing disciplinary charges against John C. Eastman, the former attorney for President Donald Trump said on the stand during a disciplinary hearing on Friday.
The testimony came after State Bar Judge Yvette D. Roland preliminarily found Eastman culpable on Thursday regarding statements and writings he made questioning the results of the 2020 presidential election.
