Huntington Beach wins stay of state housing suit
“I think this stay is a huge win for Huntington Beach in light of the press conference where Rob Bonta was sure he was going to obtain swift relief through the courts. Not only is he not getting swift relief, he can’t litigate the case, he can’t get a judgment, he can’t get penalties,” Huntington Beach City Attorney Michael Gates said.
