IP litigator joins Husch Blackwell as a partner in Palo Alto

Intellectual property litigator L. Scott Oliver joined Husch Blackwell in Palo Alto as a partner, the firm announced Monday.
Oliver, who has handled over a dozen trials before the International Trade Commission, joined the firm’s technology, manufacturing, and transportation business unit. He formerly was with Greenberg Traurig.
