Terminating sanctions issued against Findora co-founder

“Less severe sanctions, including monetary sanctions, have not compelled Ms. Chen’s compliance, and her behavior throughout the course of this process … establishes the willfulness of her defiance,” Santa Clara county Judge Sunil R. Kulkarni wrote.

A Santa Clara County judge issued terminating sanctions on Monday against a co-founder of Findora for defying court orders in a cross-complaint filed by an investor who claims she tried to steal the cryptocurrency platform from its rightful owners.
