Merchandiser sues Live Nation over deadly Astroworld Festival
In the complaint, Eisner LLP partner Ashlee N. Lin, claimed that the defendants’ failure to provide a safe environment to conduct business led to the festival’s cancellation, which prevented Ceremony of Roses from recouping its expenses and reaping “reasonably certain” profits.
