Rowdy Beverage sued over ‘preservative free’ label claims
“Although defendant identifies ascorbic acid as a source of vitamin C, they do so within the ingredient list of the products rather than their nutritional facts panel — thus falling outside the ambit of FDA regulations,” states the lawsuit filed by Pierce Gore Law Firm PC.





A premier energy drink company, Rowdy Beverage Inc. was accused of fraud and false advertising in a proposed class action lawsuit filed in federal court San Francisco.
