California Supreme Court decisions interpreting Government Claims Act immunities
It is significant that in the 60th anniversary year of the act, the California Supreme Court rendered four decisions setting forth landmark interpretations of Government Claim Act immunities.

2023 is a momentous year for the Government Claims Act, Government Code section 810 et seq. The Legislature passed the act (formerly known as the Tort Claims Act) 60 years ago, in 1963.
