Deadline for Apple Watch buyers in US after ITC ruling

“Apple strongly disagrees with the order and is pursuing a range of legal and technical options to ensure that the Apple Watch is available to customers,” the company said in a statement

Those who want to buy the Apple Watch Series 9 or Ultra 2 have until Thursday at noon PST to place their orders as the tech giant said it will pull these models from the U.S. market in response to an International Trade Commission ruling. The two models will be sold in U.S. stores until Sunday.
