A Los Angeles County judge granted a motion to engage a broker to sell 12 properties in the Skid Row Housing Trust by the City of Los Angeles and the trust’s receiver in a hearing on Friday.
The receiver is authorized to pay the broker a fixed fee of up to $15,000 for each property “regardless of whether the property is sold to a buyer located by the broker,” read the order signed by Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff.
