Wag Hotels accused of mistreating customers’ pets

“Often overpopulated with pets and understaffed, the Wag Hotels consistently return pets to their owners smelling like urine or feces, with injuries — both minor and severe — and with weight loss to the extent of indicating they had not been fed,” stated the lawsuit.

Wag Hotels Inc., a luxury pet resort with locations throughout California, was accused of neglecting customers’ pets and returning them injured, covered in feces, and underfed, in a proposed class action filed in San Francisco Superior Court.
