Beverly Hills Realtors battle in court over building lease

Hilton & Hilton said in court documents that they would not have signed the sublease had they known that an exterior sign that they wanted to use on the building on Dayton Way was not permitted by the city.

Businessman Richard Hilton and the luxury real estate brokerage that he founded with Jeff Hyland in 1993 are locked in a legal dispute in Los Angeles County Superior Court that began with a sign.
