Judge blocks Kirkland's attempt to access personnel files from other firms

A federal judge in San Francisco blocked Kirkland & Ellis LLP, accused of sex discrimination and wrongful termination by a former associate, from issuing subpoenas to two law firms that formerly employed the plaintiff.
