Corsair Gaming says GizPromo falsely advertised on Amazon

The complaint filed in federal court in Los Angeles accused GizPromo of false advertising, unfair competition, and false designation of origin under the Lanham Act.

Corsair Gaming Inc., a Santa Clara computer hardware manufacturer, accused a third party electronics resale company of violating Amazon’s terms by falsely advertising and reselling its products online without authorization.
