For 30 years Steven D. Manning has led Manning Kass, but he has decided to hand the reins of the Los Angeles law firm to his partner, Dennis B. Kass.
In a conversation from Shanghai, Manning said, "I'm not going anywhere, but right now I'm switching roles with Dennis. He's been my assistant managing partner and now I'll be his assistant managing partner."
