Disability retirement sought for judge accused of misconduct

A lawyer has urged the Commission on Judicial Performance not to remove Lassen County Superior Court Judge Tony R. Mallery from the bench but to allow him to retire on disability.

During an oral argument in San Francisco on Thursday, an attorney urged the Commission on Judicial Performance not to remove Lassen County Superior Court Judge Tony R. Mallery from the bench but allow him to retire on disability.
