AG sues Prologis over Carson warehouse fire pollution

Thousands of cases have been filed claiming Prologis knew about hazardous substances stored at the warehouse it owned.

The California attorney general's office sued Prologis, the real estate investment trust, over the discharge of pollutants from a warehouse it owned in Carson and into the Dominguez Channel, which the state claims caused foul odors that sickened nearby residents in 2021.
