Eastern District of California names new magistrate judge
Chi Soo Kim is a former federal prosecutor and litigator in private practice.
The chief of the civil division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California was appointed and sworn in as a U.S. magistrate judge, the Sacramento-based federal court announced.
