Judge tentatively dismisses complaint over ballot title for transgender youth initiative

Superior Court Judge Stephen P. Acquisto wrote that AG Rob Bonta's title of "Restricts Rights of Transgender Youth" was "accurate and impartial."

A Sacramento County judge tentatively dismissed a conservative group's complaint over the ballot materials Attorney General Rob Bonta's office wrote for its initiative of transgendered youth.
